General Rules

1. Service tax and other taxes will be charged extra as applicable.

2. In the case of Cancellation of admission, a fee of lectures conducted by the class is considered. The amount of service tax paid is non-refundable by Swatantryaveer Savarkar Training and Guidance Centre.

3. Swatantryaveer Savarkar Training and Guidance Centre is not giving any type of guarantee about selection in competitive examinations and about marks obtained by the student in any examination.

4. Swatantryaveer Savarkar Training and Guidance Centre is not at all responsible for cancellation of competitive examinations or change of date or pattern. We are guiding students based on the available data on previous examinations and the information published by the respective examination boards on their web sites.

5. Swatantryaveer Savarkar Training and Guidance Centre shall run according to pre-planned timetable. But under unavoidable circumstances it can be re-scheduled with prior notice.

6. The portion taught in the class will not be repeated if the student is absent.

7. Swatantryaveer Savarkar Training and Guidance Centre is charging the fees only for coaching. Other things (Study material, exam practice etc.) are provided as an extra help.
